Heart II Heart provides life skills and community support for adults with mental retardation and/or other developmental disabilities. Clients are accompanied into the community for socialization and recreation.
Companion care is provided for the elderly and individuals with physical or developmental disabilities that live outside of the residential facility. This service includes cooking, cleaning, errands, church, quality time, etc.
